Cut Down Calories - Subway

Different subs will have different calories.
(I am saying like I knew it all along but actually I just know it.)

So here I am sharing some of the information, interesting things to do when you got even a little addicted to subway's sandwiches. (and bored as well)

I will state them in a list to make it easier to read.

6 inch subs without cheese

  • turkey breast - 280 calories
  • ham - 290 calories
  • meetball - 540 calories
  • spicy italian - 480 calories
  • BMT - 450 calories
  • tuna - 450 calories

Extras:

  • cheese (2 triangles) - between 40-60 calories
  • mayo - 110 calories

So today I ate two footlong subs with BMT and turkey breast. The adding up should be:

BMT + 4 triangle cheeses
900 calories + 100 calories = 1000 calories

turkey breast + 4 triangle cheeses
560 calories + 100 calories = 660 calories

Plus some of the salads and sauces, I will take it as another 500 calories. So my total calories I got was 2150 calories.

Resources from weightlossresources.co.uk, a men daily intake of calories should be 2550 calories. Well it is interesting to know that you are actually dieting while enjoying your favorite food. Isn't it a happy news?

And lastly lets emphasis something, it is totally not enough to have only a  6 inch sub as your meal. Can't understand? Do the math.
